EXCHANGE POLICY

At F&T, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges can be requested within 07 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and receipts/invoices must be included.

  • Some sale items may be marked as final and are not eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide a return shipping label if eligible.

Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your exchange.

  • Approved exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference in price must be paid.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We do not offer refunds; only exchanges for items that meet the above criteria.
