At F&T, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges can be requested within 07 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and receipts/invoices must be included.

Some sale items may be marked as final and are not eligible for exchange.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide a return shipping label if eligible.
Exchange Process:

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your exchange.

Approved exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you.

If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference in price must be paid.
